I help people remove the limiting beliefs that they have taken on from what other people have told them. What I help people do has a long lasting effect and changes lives because together we release the energy stuck in the limiting beliefs and behaviour patterns. This energises people and enables them to move more freely, have more joy and create the life they want.
As well as Energetic NLP I am qualified in and offer Clinical massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Meditation and Key to Awareness, which is a process of self awareness.
