Anita Marshall
Anita is a qualified Holistic Life Coach, Spiritual Counsellor and Soul Plan Reader as well as a Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner and Ayurveda Therapist. Her practices provide the time and space for transforming your life, discovering your direction and purpose in this life as well as improving the balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Her passion for complementary healing therapies and for a holistic approach to life really started to grow during her travels through the Asian and Indian Sub Continent, where studied different complementary therapies including the ancient Vedic teaching of Ayurveda. It was in India that she not only learnt about psychology but also about the importance of balancing all aspects to life using mind, body and spirit. On returning to the UK she studied Life Coaching and Spiritual Counselling at the Holistic Healing College in London, whilst she started working with the complementary therapies of Reflexology and Reiki.
She is also qualified in Soul Plan Reading which is an extremely powerful tool for discovering life purpose and goals, life challenges (physical and emotional) and the talents that you have to help you reach your full potential. Soul plan reading can also be used to look at relationships as well as for business names.
Her approach is truly about integrating the mind, body and spirit into your life through her 1-1 sessions or workshops.
She also works supporting children and adults with special needs and mental health issues as such she is enhanced CRB checked.
