Hello Everyone!
It’s been a while since we updated this news page….time seems to be speeding up & getting the same amount of stuff done in a day doesn’t seem possible any more, how are you all finding it?!
August is often a quieter time, with people away on holiday, so some of our groups, Rock School, Jot with Jinja & Meditation will be taking a break in August.
Kanti has decided for the time being to put her Drumming & Chanting groups on hold, but watch this space, everything is changing at such a rate that this may not be the case indefinitely!

We are looking for more people to come and hire our rooms and are holding an open day. For those of you who are Therapists/Practitioners & Facilitators, we invite you all to consider using Equilibrium for your groups/1 to 1 sessions.
Our rooms are lovely peaceful spaces that have been created with positive intention to provide an environment that supports growth on all levels.
Why not take this opportunity to come have a look for yourself?
Taster sessions:
If you have yet to visit Equilibrium yet why not come & meet some of the Practitioners & Facilitators and find out more about what they offer & in some cases have a taster.
Taster sessions: Gong baths, Energy readings, Energetic NLP, Massage, Meditation, Soul Path readings, Shamanic Blessing Ceremony.
You will also be able to talk with Practitioners regarding Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Yoga & the Creative writing group.

Eileen Hutchinson ..................... NLP Level 1................... September
After the success of her NLP course here at Equilibrium Eileen Hutchinson will be starting another NLP level 1 training course in September which will meet one day a month over seven months.
Eileen offers this course at a very reasonable price, payable in instalments so you can budget for it.

Mary Hykel Hunt...................slots available on Friday 27th.
Mary Hykel Hunt’s Reading day on 26th August is full however there are now slots available on Friday 27th . Her next available appointments for 1to1readings/mentoring/coaching are 5th October & 3rd November. Please don’t leave it until the last minute to book, Mary is incredibly popular and her appointments tend to get filled very quickly, don’t be disappointed & miss out on this opportunity to see her when she is here!

7th November...Derek Hawkins........Experiential Astrology Workshop
Another date to put in your diary now is 7th November when Derek Hawkins returns for another Experiential Astrology Workshop.
The emphasis for this day will be on Uranus & the part it plays in your birth chart & ‘how that will influence the part you will play in the revolution now stirring in our world’. ( Sounds exciting! )

* Volunteering Opportunities! *
We are looking for volunteers to help us keep things running smoothly here at Equilibrium. Can you spend a few hours of your time weekly, monthly or occasionally? Could you offer some time to be a presence in our reception, to allow people access to the building and greet visitors/clients? Or could you spend some time delivering Equilibrium flyers to houses near to your home or in Bedford town or neighbouring towns or villages? Could you perhaps do some cleaning at Equilibrium from time to time, or offer some computer skills?
Please let us know if there is any time, energy or ideas you can offer us. None of us receive financial payment for our work in running Equilibrium and we can’t offer to pay you either. What we can offer is support and encouragement to each other and the satisfaction in knowing we are each helping to keep Equilibrium running!! We may be able to exchange some therapies amongst ourselves too!
